Saulo Bonassi

Partner at Nodal Consultoria and management consultant with more than 15 years of experience, Saulo has led engagements in a large number of organizations in multiple industries.

Co-author of the book Strategy of Activists: How professionals think and act who make strategy happen in organizations, Elsevier, (2011). He is a contributor of the book Management Strategy: Experiences and Lessons of Brazilian Companies, Elsevier, (2005). Responsible for technical review of the book into Portuguese: Business Model Generation AltaBooks (2011).

As a professor at different business schools, he runs different courses related to strategy.

He was managing partner of Symnetics consulting, where he worked on projects on Strategy and Balanced Scorecard in different countries within the region. He was also responsible for the Education unit, coordinating courses open to the public, as well as in company, leading the Practice Communities and helping the Strategy Execution Summit happen. He also launched and coordinated the CGE – Community of Management and Strategy, and in Chile he was a manager helping that operation establish itself.

Before consultancy, he worked at Shell in sales planning and White Martins in logistics and distribution.

Master in Business Administration from PUC / SP and Production Engineer from FEI.
